Shipping
Grain is in its first production run. Pre-orders ship in batch order as units are made and quality-checked.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown in full on Stripe Checkout before you pay. We do not add fees after checkout.
US orders ship from our fulfillment partner. International shipping may be added later; if your region is not available at checkout, join the waitlist and we will notify you when it opens.
Returns
You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Made-to-order pieces must be unworn and free of marks or damage. Opened maintenance kits and personalized items may not qualify if they cannot be resold as new.
To start a return, email the address on your order confirmation with your order number. We reply within two business days with a prepaid label when eligible.
Privacy
We collect your email and order details to fulfill pre-orders, send shipping updates, and respond to support requests.
Waitlist and checkout data are processed by our email and payment providers (for example Resend and Stripe). We do not sell your information.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails about your order still send while an order is open.
